Call of Duty: Black Ops Available for PS3, XBox and PC
Rating:    9 Out of 10
Call of Duty: Black Ops is a first person shooter that continues the highly successful of the Call of Duty Series.

You begin the game as SAD/SOG Alex Mason. It's February 25th, 1968. Mason is strapped to a chair in an Interrogation Room and is being questioned about his involvement in Black Operations.
The game proceeds as flash backs to his different engagements as well as those of a few others.
I have not yet tested out the Multiplayer as I completely suck at MP Consoles. If anyone wants to submit a review, lemme know.
There is also a Zombie mode which doesn't really need explaining. Fend off and kill Zombies with an assortment of weapons. 'Nuff said.

I don't want to go into too much detail as I'm not fully through the game myself, and I hate it when people blow plot lines before I get to see them. So let's get to the pros and cons.

Pros:
The graphics on this game are INSANE. The level of detail from the blades of grass to the brass flying out of my guns just amazed me.
The acting is fantastic and this game boasts an ALL Star Cast including Sam Worthington (Terminator: Salvation) Ed Harris, Ice Cube and Gary Oldman to name a few. (the IMDB reads like a major Hollywood Production)
The cinematics can get a bit lengthy, but they really add to the story line and are done beautifully.
As the warning states when you first fire the game up, it is BLOODY. It's not "Anime" bloody, just very graphic. There's quite a bit of strong language as well, so mind the ESRB Rating.

Cons:
Game wise, there wasn't much for me to find to complain about, other than me grumbling that I keep dying because I suck at FPS on consoles. However for PS3 users out there, you may experience some issues getting the game to run. For me, I load the disk and it just goes to a black screen. Also, once I've tried to load it, I can't play any other games either. I have to switch my power switch off in the back, let it sit for about 30 Seconds, then flip it back on. After that, the game runs great. That's the reason for the 9 out of 10 rating. This isn't an isolated issue either. I'm not sure if it's a PS3 Thing, or a COD thing (I'm told a patch that Activision released is what's causing it) but either way, hopefully they fix it.

Summary: COD: BO will give you HOURS of FPS enjoyment, a great storyline and AMAZING graphics. Even if you're not a Call of Duty Fanatic (This is only the second COD game I've played) but you love FPS, you'll need to snatch this up right away.
